Students enrolled in our Beginner's Program have unlimited access to all regularly scheduled classes. It is advised to work out a first month's schedule with the instructor. Optimal attendance is two to three days per week spaced at regular intervals. The flexibility and open access of this schedule is designed to encourage satisfactory progress towards fitness goals and mastery of the art.
